Earlier in her career, Queiroz worked as a Sales Executive at La Marquise International, where she strengthened her commercial acumen and client-facing capabilities. This early exposure to sales and relationship management helped shape her customer-centric and results-driven leadership style.
Queiroz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leisure and Tourism from USP – Universidade de São Paulo, one of Latin America’s most respected academic institutions.
