Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Financial Services, Hotels & Tourism and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.65% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130), which rose 10.00% or 0.03 points to trade at 0.33 at the close. Meanwhile, Tourism Enterprise Co. (TADAWUL:4170) added 6.32% or 0.06 points to end at 1.01 and Saudi Electricity Company (TADAWUL:5110) was up 6.28% or 1.02 points to 17.26 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Almunajem Foods Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4162), which fell 7.81% or 9.00 points to trade at 106.20 at the close. Wataniya Insurance Company (TADAWUL:8300) declined 4.33% or 1.04 points to end at 23.00 and Saudi Research and Marketing Group (TADAWUL:4210) was down 3.74% or 10.40 points to 268.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 206 to 95 and 20 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.99% or 1.43 to $70.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 1.88% or 1.42 to hit $74.11 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.57% or 43.30 to trade at $2,706.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 2.16% to 4.02, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 1.92% at 105.31.
