Fortex has introduced crypto deposit and withdrawal capabilities within its CRM, expanding the payment tools available to FX and CFD brokerages.
The new functionality brings crypto transactions directly into the CRM workflow, allowing brokerage operators to manage deposits and withdrawals alongside their existing client-management processes.
The solution is aimed primarily at small and medium-sized FX and CFD brokerages, as well as businesses operated by introducing brokers, funds and asset managers.
By integrating crypto payments into the CRM environment, Fortex is giving brokerage teams greater visibility over transaction activity and a more centralized way to manage digital-asset funding operations.
The update builds on Fortex’s broader technology offering for brokerages, which includes trading platforms, liquidity infrastructure, execution technology and back-office solutions.
The launch also reflects the continued integration of digital assets into traditional brokerage infrastructure as FX and CFD firms expand the range of payment methods available to their clients.
